Owner of Ball Contracting & Maintenance LLC, Rodney Ball, has been helping homeowners and businesses for over 30 years.

Rodney is a Waynesville, North Carolina native. Rodney is a Licensed, Bonded and Insured General Contractor. Some of Rodney's most impressive work includes building multi-million dollar homes for NFL players, and building and renovating numerous Long Term Care Facilities, Hotels and Condos across North Carolina. However, Rodney is a humble and personable family man, and his passion is helping first time home owners, retirees and everyone in between make their dream home a reality.
